We started our careers in leading international law firms and were most recently in-house lawyers responsible as lead counsels for the German and international M&A transactions of a private equity house.

As a result of our training and professional activities abroad and the large number of international projects on which we have worked in recent years, we have valuable expertise in advising international clients and transactions across borders.

We have the highest standards for ourselves and for the advice we provide to our clients. We combine first-class legal advice with a profound business understanding to serve the interests of our clients.
